I started off my first two weeks as a plasterers labourer working for free. Enthusiasm and interest is a must. From there, a good teacher will help you excel in your chosen trade. If you prove useful, youll get paid by any decent teacher. Luckily I did. Look for a few reputable plasterers.try them all out to see if your personalities compliment each other. Remember this... every wall, every ceiling is different. Timing and preparation is key. And experience working with various plasterers will help teach you all the tricks of the trade.
